Mother' s Day

Being a mother is a gift, but it is a bittersweet one. Joy, tears, triumph, heartbreak, pride, disappointment, late nights, early mornings. Through it all, a mother's love never wans or waivers; nothing a child says or does can change the surety of that love.
Yesterday was all of these things; what more fitting way to mark the day.
