I haven't worked with such fine Signatures for awhile so my finger needs to develop a callus again. For now it's a bit worn - nothing that a Bandaid can't fix.
I'm sure that I'll come home from Julie's tomorrow with a new project - can't wait to see what it is!!

A whack is a perfectly normal term of measurement. It's right there with titch, smidge, pile, and gazillion.
ReplyDeleteA brace is two - a pair or a couple. multiple pairs of socks would be - a flock of socks? If they all need mending maybe it's a cock-up of socks. Or a trample of socks? Oh, a footing of socks! You have quite a sound footing of socks! Happy knitting.
